We will send approved licensed and insured installers with experience in Smart Home to install the system you purchased from us.

The installation service included:

• 3 x HDL iTouch 2 Button Touch Panel MPLPI.46-A White
• 4 x HDL iTouch 4 Button Touch Panel MPLPI.46-A White

• 3 x HDL iTouch 6 Button Touch Panel MPLPI.46-A White

1. Software configuration and app connection
2. Switches will be connected to existing cables as replacement of old style switches

We assume the below will be available for the installation:

1. Internal wall cavity  available for all switch back plates or add the surcharge if no cavity to have surface mounting plates..
2. Internet Modem is accessible within the same storey with active internet and free internet port for new connection.

We will call or email you within 2 business day to book in a time for installation. We can book the installation whiten 7 business days, however the booking time depends on our schedule. You can contact us to confirm exact time frame.
